Special conditions and arrangements of commissions are negotiable and will be discussed in a Preliminary meeting, ether in person over coffee and whatnot, or online via E-mail or Instant messaging service's.
Changes to commission can be made only before the beginning of each stage by agreement of both parties.
Payment may be transacted via cash, or personal check. payment can be paid in installments but I require that the balance be paid in full before release of the final product, to be made in person, if possible.
